The Living Day follows Maël, a melancholy assassin sent to a magical university, where he must come to terms with who he is and the full extent of his power. Maël is a reluctant killer who says he hates murder, but deep down he knows that he’s good at it.

It is a story about a brooding anti-hero set in a world of magic.
